Winning With ADHD
WinningWithADHD.org is a 501(c) nonprofit dedicated to empowering student-athletes. We focus on aspiring those athletes with ADHD to thrive academically, socially, and professionally through mentorship, STEM and aviation exposure, and leadership development.
San Antonio Math Include
SaMI's believes in equal access to education and provides access to STEM education for all students from different backgrounds. SaMI offers a comprehensive K-12 STEM curriculum without charge and provides scholarships to students facing financial challenges.
Rocketry Team Captain
Rocketry provided hands-on engineering experience by using precision in design, safety awareness, and disciplined testing to reach our goals. We focus on concepts like aerodynamics, propulsion, stability, and flight performance which all translate to my desire to be an aeronautical engineer. We learned to analyze data, troubleshoot, follow regulations, and collaborate together to finish our project following strict timelines, and regulations.
P.A.T.H.S
P.A.T.H.S (PREPARING ASPIRING TALENT FOR HORIZONS TO STEM).The objective is to educate the workforce of the future, the next generation of stem leaders by providing monthly presentations with the San Antonio Chapter of the National Society Black Engineers Jr program, where I have been a member since the1st grade. The San Antonio Citywide NSBE Jr. Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers is a 501(c) (3) non-profit association dedicated to increasing the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. My goal is to bring the same experiences to kids who dream of STEM jobs in the future, like me.
OBAP
The Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals
is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the encouragement and advancement of minorities in all aviation and aerospace careers.
OBAP members encourage diversity in the industry by supporting aspiring aviation professionals through Project Aerospace, a series of scholarships, mentoring, training, and youth-focused education programs.
